I recently got a new motherboard and cpu, installed everything and then the monitor doesnt detect a signal from the onboard graphics works well, but both the graphics cards are not detected in both the bios and device manager. I tested the graphics card with other computer but same thing happened.

At first you might think there is a problem with the power supply, or graphics card, or monitor, or cables or even the motherboard, but alas it is just a very stupid mistake i did which turns out be be more common that i thought, and can be easily fixed; A no signal error on a monitor before you rush to rip out your graphics card or head to amazon to buy a new monitor, you should look carefully at your pc and monitor to ensure. Хех, 5 минут после публикации этого я решил i do not think its an issue with the card itself as the fans are spinning, and the 8pin pcie connected from psu to card is connected fine.

However when plugged into a monitor, the monitor displays no signal (and goes into power saving mode), and no monitor is detected on windows (nvidia control panel says there is no monitor attached, and so does windows.

I got some case fans yesterday and installed them today, during the install i decided to clean my computer using compressed air can, used it before and i removed all the extra fans incase that was a issue, reseated the graphics card but still no luck. Using it, you can also check to see whether the gpu fan is spinning. Is the gpu fan of your graphics card not spinning? I tested the graphics card with other computer but same thing happened.
